if czm thinks purri's team is a favorite...not that it doesn't seem like XT isn't capable of beating any team, but i don't think anyone who plays or pays attention in the euro tdm scene would say that :P

to me it sounds like he simply thinks very highly of purris tdm play. and he has certainly spotted on of the players there, but i agree although xt can certainly challenge the other teams for a map or two i doubt that they are strong enough to to compete for the win even with purri

I do hope he takes note of the teams so UFX don't go in against a team like 4kings and underestimate them because they've never heard of krysa, dibbe, dk and jocko.

their TP is spot on and they have been active with the same lineup through out QL, when ever I see them lose in quaters or w/e its vs the likes of 4K or metsu and its by a few frags, deffo like to see these or action win it

yeah I'm not saying they aren't capable of winning it, they definitely seem like one of the top conteders in europe. But against the likes of teams boasting noctis/zyv, or toxic/linkin, or teams like metsu and 4k I just wouldn't consider them a favorite to win DH...but I'm certainly not saying they have no chance to do it! I''d love to see them win as well, purri is always a pleasure to watch and teams that rely on teamplay rather than raw fragging power and aim are always more entertaining to watch for me :)

cl0ck: As I said before, going in to this we knew we weren't going to be getting a whole lot of game-time practice, so a lot of our preparations have just been watching demos and trying to fix each others mistakes.

czm: I haven't looked at the list of teams yet. Based on the demos I've watched I'd peg PURRI's team as a favorite.

you = fucking stupid and a fanboi and ignorant as fuck. their aim alone isnt half as good as the 5th best euro team. rapha is one of the worst tdm players ive ever seen.

it's probably going to be a hard road for them, but hope they can live up to the euroteams.

unless they can learn teamplay really really fast when they finally get over there and scrim some euro teams, its going to be very hard. having played them a lot, i love czm's tdm play and rapha is just insane at times but i still dont think theyll make top 5. maybe ill be proved wrong like usual with my predictions. one can always hope.

A lot of the teams there will have very little lan experience, so that might affect them.

that's not exactly true if you take reason/colwn/4k/srs into account, they all have lan experience.

Why should it matter? DH admins can invite whoever they want, signups are just a measure of last resort to fill blank spots if some of the invited pro players won't be able to show up.
