because he wanted to. why do you care enough to post that question? demos don't have to be from an official match or anything to be posted. that's why admins have to choose which go to the front page.

attitudes like this really piss me off since it has prevented many entertaining demos to never be posted in fear of people like you.

If this is the game I think it is then Fiend gets raped like 13-1 or something...not a very entertaining game to watch. There are a lot of closer games between zero4 and other players that would be much better to upload. If this was a close game then I wouldn't have said anything at all.

zero4 has been practicing a lot, and his servers are 90% of the time open to the public. Surely the poster could have found a better game to upload..that is all I'm saying. Who wants to watch a one-sided game? It isn't very entertaining imo and doesn't really measure z4's skill level.

Analysis from boredom:
I think people didn't know your super chill and that :o means you are not being accusing or hating on the demo etc, it was meant to be a question as you say. Enlightened beings such as myself would reply without all the hate, saying, "I love any z4 matches. Hey Ziel, your a high level dueler, would you happen to have some demos against z4??"

Of course now if you post a demo, it will look like competition of demo quality and throwing feces on this demo. sONg already seems a bit pissed. (He made a new community website and this demo is also an effort to help QL, your question belittles his efforts, so it is understandable)

Overall, what this means is that the community is potentially robbed of ziel demos with similar/higher quality than this one, and therefore entertainment maximization is limited.

Cannot we all come together in understanding and get moar demos?????????????????????????????????/////

I do understand Tim's(naymlis) reply, and I think some of the "getting worked up" part is because you left your original reply so open-ended: "why upload this[because I think the demo's boring and one-sided]"

More to the point: There are blowout rapes on aerowalk that go the full 10mins with totally lopsided scores like 28-0. This is NOT one of them. If you go actually watch the demo, I believe it's easily postworthy for a few reasons:

+ for newer players, shows how to work the teleport, which areas to patrol and which angles to work

+ unbelievable slug at 7:40

+ FienD keeps it close with very pesky rails, somewhat unpredictable evasiveness and decent rox-fu (many battles decided down to z4's last 30h)

+ gelleh's thumbs-up for Brink banter in mm2 :)

Ziel, nobody is forcing you to download, it's a match that shows how z4 is preparing for qcon, and apparently 30 people did care.

Also i stated it was a practice game, nothing too serious...
