the incident in question actually starts around 2:35, but I don't see anything wrong with it. I suspect that Nzr0 felt like he fired the rail before going through tele? it all happened a little fast, but there are so many times you try to fire a shot before going throug and it ends up not registering in time. I don't think that's an issue with QL.
