You can catch the 90 rail/lg bots and the people who's account are disabled are probably hacks.

But nemesis and those shady players, you can't catch. Because their aim is good but doesn't look hackish. Just looks top lvl.

If you watch stermy/k1llsen/strenx play CA they will show you even more bullshit shots that anyone in the shady list has.

clashie I have a demo or two of of very strange aiming I've never suspected clashie before. Nem on the other hand has been exposed as being ax|son!k from ra3 who has along history of cheating. There's also demos of AF/WH from ql and his refusal to attend any lans in the MTL area. Again I'm working on posting the evidence that I have for each player.

I hate cheaters that try to hide it to win, shit is pathetic. But the real problem are the obvious bots ruining tier 1/2/3s and making newbs quit. That is hurting quake more the cheaters that hide in tier 4.

I've seen nearly all styles of aiming and prediction. The weirdest 'aiming' is k1llsen/LeXeR style, extremely flick and short mouse movements, but insane acc.

If what you are telling me is that clashie aims weird.. then you are a dunce. If clashie is aiming at people behind doors when he shouldnt be able to hear them, then u might be on to something.

The demo i have of clashie is he's lging his enemy and his crosshair swings and locks onto his teammate for a good 3-4sec (it was like deadlock on while his former target was still lging him so maybe bot glitch?). Also alot of spots where he hits 90-100% lg on someone (non jpad). clashie out of everyone on my list is the only one that I'd say could be clean but it's really a strange demo but wasn't enough for id to ban him. I'll post it with the others I have.

Well ok that proves he is sonik. Sonik has been banned, so then nem has been banned, that proves he was a cheater and has been banned for it.

So nem = ra3 cheater. But it doesn't prove that he is cheating in quakelive, as i've seen demex totally shit on him 1v1 thunderstruck. If nem is hiding his cheats, then he isn't even a danger to the upper tiers.

It just makes him a loser.

Well demex has good all-around aim as to where nem just has good hitscan aim. Also demex has good dodging which helps alot in 1v1 CA as to nem has very poor movement hence why he loses to demex. It's very hard to proof someone is botting that toggles and has been botting for over 5years. People in the demos will see what they want to see and ID can't ban someone unless it's like one of those 70acc players. This has been the point in my post that we need a working anti-cheat that can stop and detect cheats so there's no speculation. My method is to use players past history along with demos from ql to show they still bot ..... this isn't as good as a anti-cheat picking up bot cmds of a player using a bot.

i do remember mentioning in vile's thread that there were a small number of players, some of which i listed, who i can't vouch for, so that small group vile can answer to. I'm glad you realize the rest are 90% accts. It would have been tiresome taking screenshots of 40-50 of them.

ss-sirdark used to be legit player for years I'm pretty sure he never hacked in q3/q4. He started hacking in ET:QW and was banned from competing in several leagues. His online ql aim is like 55+ rail 45lg and lately its been more of 65+rail and 50+lg as too his lan aim is like 30acc rail and 25acc lg. If you spec him you'll see where he toggles his bot on and off.

I've played tdm with and against him several times in QL and I never got the impression that he was cheating

Most people here won't know me and I don't care if you do or not. That's not my thing. I was an Admin with STA and currently admin with TWL and I've competed against SirDark in several games including the before mentioned ET:QW. Was SirDark regarded by a few players as "fishy" in ET:QW? Maybe. However EVERYTIME a demo was submitted to STA or another league to be 100% proof he's a hacker and we reviewed it, he was clean. Every time some random YouTube video was posted it was reviewed and disregarded as WAY to circumstantial. IF and WHEN something came up and a team requested demo's, Team SS was always the first team to submit the demo's upon request or if information was needed they supplied it at will. To my knowledge and my limited memory of the short lived ET:QW competative scene in NA, SirDark was never caught hacking. If anything, SS was one of the most upstanding teams in the community. With that in mind, members of SS were often Admins in leagues in games they've competed in and the same can be said for ET:QW and QL. Generally you don't become an admin in a league without previously policing your own teams of hackers to ensure issues do not arise at a later date. Anywho thats my 2cents. FLAME ON.

Where previously you might see an occasional new account here and there.
