Should be negative about id. They haven't done anything good since Q3, and if not for modding, Q3 would have been shit too. Maybe 'shit' is a little harsh, but Q3 certainly wouldn't have been worth any real competitive play.

Seems like id got a head-start from being the 'inventors' of FPS gaming, and have fallen behind ever since. Probably a direct product of living in Texas. Down there, they breathe nothing but stagnation, regression and other forms of pollution.
