There is no way to obtain a definitive, precise number, but that doesn't change the fact that people were rioting and that dozens soon got killed. It's not up for debate. You can even find pictures and videos of people protesting, and of casualties, online.

I am not acting tough or anything about this kid and all I'm just making a general critic about the whole god saved me thing when you have a just as innocent child who didnt have the same luck as he did and got shot in the head while he was probably also texting his parents.

If that thing happend to me I would probably act the same in that very situation but I wouldnt go on the internet thanking god for sparing my own insignificant life when any relative of the kid who died next to him would most likely read the text. I can't help but think of the mother of a child who died and read this crap about god saving this kid rather than her own one... Keep god out of this story and thank chance or thank the crowd around him who made it possible for him to fake death by their own sacrifices.

Now the kid is 15 years old and probably lived the most traumatic event of his life, I understand it all but well the guy is still conscient enough to write the whole story down a few hours after the trauma on an internet blog so as much as I can have empathy for the kid it doesn't mean I should agree with all that he says...

Yes, eventhough he might be shocked from this whole thing, I still would think it was dumb to involve god in this event, whatever your age. I have said on my post it was a very disturbing story and I understand if he prayed god while the bodies of his fellow human beeings were piling up on eachother of his head.

I'm just saying that it sounds odd to me that one would think god really was involved in anything that happend to him or the other kids.

I've had a similar thing with a former canadian girl classmate who was into a car crash with a truck and she survived somehow and now she turned her whole self to god thinking he was involved in her surviving this accident.

To me it sounds like utter bullshit that's all. My opinion is: get over yourselves and think about the tragedies going around in the world at this very moment. Does this child dying of hunger in Ethyopia or this family beeing bombed by the US army in Iraq is dying because God wasnt concerned by their own prayers ?
