We dont know what sensor does it use and all that.
To other guys.. its easy to mod mice. Just collect equipment and practice on other pcb you all can make kinzuadder.

I don't know why anyone would buy a steelseries mouse...I bought the Kinzu due to it's similar size/style with the MX300.

Not only was it way too light, it felt incredibly cheap, like it was poorly manufactured and came from some shoddy kiosk in Chinatown.

So if anyone wants my Kinzu, it's all yours!

Well that's the Kinzu, but the Xai is very nice and would've been flawless if it didn't have it's slight accell issues. Even after a year it's still working, something I've only seen before with a MX518, other mice would always have something breaking (like the shoddy razer mouse wheel...).

I have 3 years old lachesis working like a charm :P.

But the Xai weights over 25g more than the Kinzu, and weight is a very important factor.

Right there is no such thing as too light for me. That's why I love my KA so much. Compared to this, the Abyssus is a heavyweight :P

actually the abyssus should be about 2-3g lighter than the KA. :P

what? For me kinzu / xai feels extremely well build when it comes to external features such as looks, comfort and materials... atleast compared to razer mice.. Only weakness steelseries has is really the lack of good sensors, both xai and kinzu got quite friggin terrible sensors

Its very difficult to find DA on ebay with cheaper rates or I would have done 5 / 6 for sale. :(

Only thing stopping me switching to kinzuadder or abyssus is that there's no hyperglides for them and I can't leave my icemat =}

you get teflon feet with rounded edges for kinzu tho, dunno if it has to be only hyperglides as they are also teflon, and teflon is teflon.

abyssus stock feet are fine on icemat
