we used challonge (brackets) last LLL cups and were updated every single time, now we use a new system but this system is fairly simple aswell so dont see any reason why the bracket shouldnt be updated

hm - basing your whole game around not being able to hit properly because you cant get good ping and you're not sure to get a kill due to warp ( sneaky russian taktikz ) VS basing your whole game around that you'll pull off your usual crazy shots cuz you're used to low ping and no warp.

I never said it was relevant or correct or w/e just that it's true. Russians do play more often on high ping due to all the zotacs etc. I agree that it shouldnt be used as an excuse.

Its a valid excuse that strenx cant play with his best performance. He's gonna play worse on a higher ping that he's not used to. pavel plays more often at that high ping so of course he's gonna be better adapted to it. cant you sympathise with strenx that he's forced to play worse? seems like a cheap way to win by making your opponent play on a higher ping than he's used to. It's a pretty valid argument anyway. Europeans prefer to play on low pings and expect other players to feel the same way (isn't that why LAN is the most prestigious?).
