We've only got 6 active players and 1 of them is only back for the summer.. if the start time was an hour later we could probably make it, all trippys fault as usual working so late :-)))

#play.q2 would sign up, but for some reason you forced us to div1 last time even if we had 3 players making their first QL-TDM game, and this even after asking us that we were probably more suited for Div.2 or even Div3 depending on the signups.

We will try to sign up again, but please listen and be more coherent this time.

Even Purri on his own isnt going to win a game versus div1 opponents with 3 guys new to TDM. Infact its good he's helping some others get in to the game!

+ he gets to bash a few newbs in div2 at the same time=win/win!

Well yeah can you blame them? Only they can be the judge of their skill. Why would they want to play div1 if they suck?

I can blame them, PURRI is a TDM beast, we know nothing about his team and we assumed they're decent enough. Now they didn't want to play and we still have no idea what their level really is :)

Check his match history? No one is disputing purri's individual skill or ability but they have been getting beaten by some total random teams, i am not sure what extra proof you need.

I appreciate for the integrity of the cup and other teams enjoyment you have to make these decisions but 1 man doesn't and never has made a team when it comes to 3 new or very out of shape players.

I'm helping one of the oldest TDM teams from Sweden to get into QLTDM, if this works, then it would be good for the scene.

We should be a candidate for div1 in 1-2 months with our best lineup, we have players who have never played Q3 or QL, just awesome Q2 players :) We are losing more than winning against teams I've never heard of, so I'm quite sure we are not Div 1 yet, so I'm not trying to tier slum, I'm just trying to get a new team into the scene.

Awesome! #eyecandy is always lookin for praccs if you wanna play. We're div3 in hoq so should be even against you guys =)

It's such a delight to see more & more q2 players playing ql. Probably has to do with the current state q2 is in (as good as dead)? I hope you can take them to the top level, just like you did with xt. You & play> have my full support & respect! =)

xt will still have a 4-6 player lineup, so as far as I know, they will continue to play.

Q2 is always inactive during summer since this scene is a bit older/smaller, people tend to do other things. We will try to play both Q2 in #euroq2l and whatever happens with QL is still undecided.

Our ambition is probably not to be a top team at the moment, that is way to early to say as most of us just like to play together. We have 6-7 players in the roster right now for both games and we will just see what happens :).

Russian streams combined usually also have 1000+ for Zotac cups, at least if there's some goood players in it, while english streams rarely get more than 500 for that.

I don't get why the russians have so much more viewers than english streams.

Maybe because they actually enjoy Quake :)
