i've had him on ignore since day 1

Banning him will just result in him posting anonymously, thus

1) Make moderators go through the ordeal of having to approve/deny his every post.
2) Make every anonymous/unregistered poster be treated with hostility under the assmumption he might be raythenoob.
3) As a result of 1) and 2) moderators will be more reluctant to approve/go through anonymous posts under the assumption that it might be ray.


Instead of a ban, just put him and his like minded peers on probation, that way even though moderators still have to approve/deny his (and his peers') posts, but will be more aware of who's who and reject most of the idiotic posts.

By having a few conversations with them, I have pinpointed the complete motley crew of the sub-par intelligence QL Forum compadres (and breaking my "don't ignore" stance in the process). Here's the list of the ones i've found:
