I think if you can read into what he's trying to say, its not bad. Really hard to decode though, especially for new players.

what I remember from it: check before jumping for mega, dont waste your time in rail room, if you kill in mega u can go to red before mega spawns and they spawn rail or gl?, if u kill them at red go
to 50 and u can kill them when they go for lg or do dmg if they go thru tele.

Excellent post! I'm jotting down all the advice he gives. When I finish the VOD I'll post what I've written.

[General tips]

It's not important to kill the enemy as fast as possible, wait for the frag. Try to deal damage while taking minimum, keep your distance in fights instead of +forward.

Always get shards and 5 HP bubbles.

The best way to gain control is grab yellows and delay mega.

Delay items so you don't sync up mega and red, and so your opponent can't time them easily.

When +forward with shaft, don't jump towards them, dodge towards them.

Play a complete noob like you would play a pro, and always play your best. It makes you improve.

Weapons > Stack. You cannot be challenged when they have no weapons.

Make your opponent angry, quake is 50% mindgames.

Check to see if opponent is waiting before jumping to mega

The door that connects red and mega is a good place to delay mega via rocket spam.

Shaft > Rail at Mega.

When 100/100+ stay away from rail area. Instead focus on mega and red

When you kill the enemy at mega, wait a second then run to rail for the spawn frag.
-60% of the time, your enemy will run to rail
-30% of the time, he will go shaft
-10% he will be at grenade

When you kill the enemy at red, wait at the 50 and check shaft.

On furious, the area above red, by the 50 is ideal spawn rape spot. This is also a good place for hearing when items are being picked up.

This is what I gathered from the video. Many things in the VOD were really specific, and I couldn't put them into sensible words. Definitely worth a watch. 38:10 is hilarious as well
