I love how in irc it is possible to ban users of specific channels from entering your channel.

.pl or .ru bans have been considered on ESR previously, but, unfortunately, an ip address list is something id would never give out even if they did any work ;(

Maybe ESR netizens could, though, ban the #quakelive channel? That would be a start.
