Perhaps you should watch the demo again and see where exactly and how much he shafted over the game, if it was some easy shafting and he only used shaft for 3-4 times then 45% is possible with even such a high ping, however if he was using shaft all the time and still hitting 45% (assuming you know how to dodge and didn't let him shaft you easily) then it gets a bit fishy.

same shit happened to me, guy with ping between 90 and 130 hits insane LG and rails when i expose just 1 pixel, but spams and spams and spams and cant hit rockets for shit.

i ended up quitting because it leaves such a bad taste in your mouth to play against the obvious aimbots that should have been picked up by the system.

i think the guy had 18 LG after all the spamming, but he'd nail me dead on for what felt like 100 acc when exposed. although even with all the rail spamming he still finished it with 66 rail acc, lol.

Yeah i watched the demo after the match, his shaft was reallly on me ...., he used shaft as much as any other gun, i think he had about 35 or 40 acc. rail also.

only played him once, when he was 4-0 down I felt he started hitting 40+ shaft and super good rail. He came back so quickly and i did quit at like 10-4

you should have activated hacks too and win this game so he would have ragequit

I just moved to the other side of australia a few days ago and most people are on the other side so I initially thought having 80+ ping would be bullshit. But after playing a few games of 90 ping I realised its actually really playable.
