it's actually really stupid that without premium u cant even watch demos now cuz the maps dont get downloaded..u have to dl the maps somewhere else..

it's a bandwidth issue. why would they spend money wasting bandwidth to all the new players who will never buy prem/pro?

Because that would be too logical. And would take dev time away from other important things, like holiday logos and devpicks.

The best part is that it's technically illegal to distribute them lol. I asked Sync about it a while ago after I was distributing them and he suggested that I stop doing it just to be safe. (I still did for one more person that was having difficulties with the installer, but that was it--haven't updated them since)
