Settings like qlprism, windows sens, enhance pointer precision, mouse fix are all ignored with Raw Input (in_mouse 2) for the mouse.

Raw input means it will ignore all 3rd party (in this case Windows) settings and use raw input from the mouse.
Offset 5 is a quake setting so that you may need an answer for.

Cypher or any other pro, will never give you his real config/settings. Believe me or not, but it's true.

those are already available from dhw 11, and their settings are consistent over time (besides some of the first strenx's cfgs)

Why do you want to use the settings of cypher? He is only good @ duel in other mods he sux.

I should have put this in the first post, but w/e.
I've been copying his mouse settings for years because I find them to be very comfortable.

when I started playing QL I tried all mice related commands and ended up with his exact same settings, so I'm just adjusting them after switching back to a wmo and now back to the abyssus (wmo isn't that great for desktop use) and because I have a higher sens due to a firefox update (dk how that happened since those are supposedly unrelated, but still)

and as you may have guessed, I have always been very lazy about creating my own cfg. The core comes from an early 2009 rapha's cfg, cypher's mouse settings, and tox's lg related preferences.
At this point I know what I should be doing to play better, both in game and cfg wise, but sincerely I don't care enough.
