Well, ppl, its not weird suck a low acc., when we play with very high ping.

Even if you play only with high pings, the acc. wont be much higher.

Once, I got 16% acc. after 1,5 years playing with high ping. But, suddenly, and that never happened again, my ping in Argentina got low, and in one single month I got 23% acc. (pay attention, that with 18 months of forced low acc. by the ping, if I could isolate that one month period, my acc. would get to 30-40%, thats HOW MUCH the ping fucks up the game).

And we dont have much choice of opponents, so, its not like he could ever choose to play only with higher ELOs players... Wich are only 2, now...
