On my Radeon HD 6850, while observing the sensors in GPU-Z, the GPU core clock is only running at 100 MHz, and the GPU memory clock at 150 MHz ........its 'resting' or '2D' clock speeds. Shouldn't it be higher than this while running ANY game, even if an OLD one like quakelive ?? Hmm....
