I know "Genesis: The beginning of"; but it doesn't involve cpm movement. With a round (=> starting point to starting point) doing clockwise and counterclockwise I mean in both directions on the same height as in the demo. I meant that the direction in the demo is only clockwise done... (Srry for my english)

I'm not exactly sure what you want to learn, I'm guessing it's wall rocket jumps in cpm? In that case maybe this video will help you:

Yes, it's wall rocket jumps and tricks in cpm that I want to learn (at dm6). It's for being fast in clan arena. A defrag demo could help me out then I can use timescale on it.

get defrag. set it to CPM movement. Practice. Profit. you may want to up your sensitivity (depending on what you are used to) for cpm defrag.

In defrag mode it's a lot easier to gain speed when wallrj-ing. I'm practicing in cpma for that reason. I need a demo how it's done like a pro (as fast as possible) in cpma if possible...
edit: played at 76 fps cause my screen max hz is 75 (wanted to synchronize this). I changed it to 125 fps. That was what it made it harder to do the first rocketwalljump. Now it feels more like defrag mode...
