Practise practise practise? :) I was always good at math, which make me count fast WHEN next item will spawn. But, the more you play/ time the easier it gets

Some players like to time 1 item, or dont time at all, just go by feeling. Example: on dm13. If upper YA was taken first, and the other items after you can easy cycle them. Just go for the upper YA first and then in the order they spawn....

These days I always time good unless I am inactive, when I am inactive I sometimes forgets the times. Maybe has something to do with how much I have to think about rest of the game....

When playing QL duel you need to have alot of things in your mind at the same time. I always put timing as highest priority.........

Okej, do u time like mh and ra to the second and the the ya's by feeling/cycling? For me the hardest part is to keep times when out of control, wich almost allways happens sooner or later if playing against equal or slightly better opponents.

I always did time to the second. I try to always time 2 items. Sometimes 3, example:
I have the 2 big items, i have the controll of the map. But to catch my opponent I sometimes time one of "his" armours.

When out of controll you will have to work with what you can get. If you can only get 1 armour, time it, and try to get the other timings. Even if you are out of controll you can make lots of damage/ or steal armours if you time the armours opponent has controll of.
Look at rapha, cooller etc. What do they do when they are out of controll? They stay away and try to build up their stack by just taking the small things, even shards is soo useful!

On dm13 alot of Pros leaves RA up alot. Just to take the YAs and deny them to your opponent. Because RA is risky to take.
= Sometimes timing MEGA and 1 YA is better than MEGA and RA.

Thnx for the answers, you should join stermys stream sometime and give some insights like strenx and avek did :) one thing i noticed is the way you attack items and also defend items like mh at aerowalk for example, you seem to often go tele to rail and then drop down to mh. Would be nice if you could share some thoughts on such things. If you got the time/will sometime. Anyway great games against cooller

At 7:35 match time, I'm pretty sure cooller has both green armors timed and thanks to this wins the next fight with 6 hp.

On a different occasion though, he takes both 25 bubbles at RA when he has 73hp. Makes me wonder why he seemingly doesn't care about this. Taking only one 25h in order to have one left in case he gets railed once would be such an obvious advantage imo.
