I think best angle to look at his monitor.

im pretty sure he's calculating the vertical fov angle

well with the new zoom algorithm (QL) you get the zoomfov / base fov
and with the old one (Q3) you get zoomfov / 75 degress vert at 4:3


75 degress vert at 4:3 = 91.3


so you can use that for unscaling your accel when you zoom in q3 and converting your sens to q3 when zooming or whatever if you would like help with those calculations just ask.
