QL's general support accepted it made a mistake when banning him for cheating, therefore accepts he never cheated and that he could have used his other account (1) in the meantime.

Well the problem is that in q3, the skill gaps makes a huge difference. We see pro players beating each other by 11:0 or something just because an unlucky start, so a tier4 player going "down" to a tier3 server can fuck up the entire game in no time.

On the other hand, if id is doing all of this because he hacked a premium account for himself somehow, I think I have to agree with id, it like saying "hey officer, I did not steal that thing" while you are on the run for homicide.

No, the problem is that these tiers are there only to serve your ego, because they aren't restricted. If you have to have tiers make sure that you can only join skill matched or better servers, not just any.

I list skill-matched servers only, it's that simple.
I only joined a lower tier server once in my life. And that was because my friend invited me, and I did not check the skill since we were playing together on q3 servers.
I can tell you it was a disaster, boring as fuck and I was ashamed at the end and appologized to everybody.
Those people looked like they are standing still probably the same way how I would look like to Cooller or Rapha. I ended up with 50+ kills and no deaths and I only missed shots because I practiced 360 flick-shots to make it interesting:(

It's beyond me how can someone find anything fun doing that, but we are just different I guess:)
