BUT since they've advertised a payment method on a 1st april and made it become true after 2 years...

gtv will be for prem/pro ofc altought gtv is kind of advertisment for the game... you know ID dont want ql to be a success otherwise they would have done so many things completly different...

QL servers probably wont exist in <2 years mate

1. Extensive tutorial for movement

2. Tutorial for timing items/map control

3. Little teaser/trailer videos of each gametype

4. Tutorial for aiming/using each weapon

5. Tutorial for setup and config/hud/hardware

6. Battle.net style ladders (very similar to the community projects

7. Tons of new maps, including old maps like Q3WCP15, Q3WCP22, and many new maps that have been extensively tested for competitive play.

8. Pro and premium subscriptions have been abandoned. Now it's subscribers and trials. QL is no longer going to be a "free2play" game. But I think this is good since there will be less people acting like dicks on servers and in the community.

I'm really excited about this tbh, definitely going to keep playing Quake now.

QL is no longer going to be a "free2play" game.

ql community will decrease instantly to about 1/10 of the small ql community. YAY they are going to destroy the only reason why people are playing ql instead of a proper quake game.
When cant find a match in a few minutes anymore the game will be dead in a flash and thats for sure.
