By the way, is it me or the Hyperglides feet have changed recently ? Before they were smooth, like they were already used for several months, and now in my new set, they are like grainy.
In what they are more expensive ? Afaik pureglides feet come with only 1 set, with Hyperglides, you have 2 sets. And price are like 4€ for pureglides and 6€ for hyperglides.
this is funny: I remember doubling the feet rather replacing them on my first WMO out of experimenting purposes: besides the incredibly low new LOD (which I was so happy with) I couldn't experience any problems.
I decided to replace them instead on the second WMO, but only had a higher LOD
Am I wrong? Is there really any problem in doubling the feet on this very mouse? Or is it just a potential flaw, as in, jumpy sensor? I'd be very curious to know.
HD glides will last you 3x longer and they do last much longer from my personal experience.
here is the best deal: buy the 3 set from puretrak but before you do... take their online survey (http://puretrak.com/survey) which gets you 15% off your whole order................................. never have to worry about skates for the next 5 years lol
I just put some PureTrak HD glides on my WMO. Very nice. Already think they are better after one day of use. I also put the same HD glides on my SteelSeries Kana. Now that was a huge improvement. Still like the WMO better tho :)
I dunno cuz i bought glides that were listed as 1.1/3.0's in the product description but they didnt fit into my WMO. its weird cuz although its a nonamer brand, its very popular and highly praised among 1.1/3.0 users in my country, cuz its very cheap and smooth.
had some of the best lg aim in q3 with the regular feet and an allsop pad
was it as smooth as a razer/logi with teflon feet? no, but it wasn't far behind.
i used them on a hard surface as well, but i don't remember how it felt cause it was so long ago and i only did it for a few months.
