Watch the temperatures and see if it's overheating.

If cpu/gpu is actually overheating then clean your laptop using compressed air. Disassembly it as far as you can without breaking guaranty.

If it didn't help then you can try one of these:

1. Use your guaranty
2. Buy external cooling pad
3. Put a new paste on your heatsink.

Last point can get pretty scary when it comes to laptops. Not putting the paste but disassembling your laptop. Find a disassembly manual for your model to begin with. I don't recommend it if you still have guarancy.
You may want to pay someone to do this if you don't feel sure about it.

Putting a new paste helped my netbook. Old one got old or broke because I carry my laptop with me very often.

Thanks friend I will do that, but do you have any idea why it only happens with quake, it is very old game it's suprising

Have you tried other OpenGL games?

Its uses cpu-burning delay loop inside engine instead of utilizing power-saving features provided by OS.
So first of all, download alternative client (this or this), set com_maxfps to 66 or 125, then set com_yieldCPU to 1
