Been a lot of fun to watch so far. One complaint (other than TA not having first person spec view), commentators volume are all different. bart is loud, you're normal, and arc is low

I have to say tribes is one of the most boring games to spectate since most of the time all you are seeing is someone skiing all game. Started playing it a few days ago and its not that bad to play and was a bit of fresh air from Quake but ya way to slow for my likings.

You can move fast but it's still slow to get into the action. I don't know, I'm not saying its a bad game just that it's not for me :X

Speed is high but acceleration is low :)

its really not fast. maps are just huge, and people are given the means to move around at a decent rate. imagine PQL on sibera with player models decreased in size by 10. there u have tribes ascend

Game is fun to play around on but the combat is boring. Seems like whoever can stay in the air longest wins fights

its a careful ballet... as a Tribes player since 98, I'd encourage you to consider there may be a bit more depth than you think in Tribes DM :)

From watching the final It seems to me the game should be quite easy and simple for QL players.

lol, I would LOVE to see Quake players prove this.

I'm trying to convince all my Tribes Ascend friends to hop onto QL instead. ;)
