I have 2 years experience at a Recruitment Consultant/ data management co-ordinator. My agency specified in various fields, software engineering and the IT sector in general being one of the industries we provided to, and you get quite a feel for what sort of candidates are expected to fill a certain role and the client satisfaction which is normally required if you wish to keep the client, so sending unprepared or unsuitable candidates was always something you need to avoid, so criteria suitability is something that is required.

Before that, I've spent 2 and a half years working as a bi-lingual document controller for a one of the UK based offices of a Canadian engineering company on a RU-EN project to build an oil & gas central processing facility and 200 miles of pipeline in the south-eastern part of Siberia. I only got this job due to me working part-time for a small, third-party vendor style engineering company while doing my a-levels in 04-06, and due to having done Russian as one of my A-Levels (along with Maths, IT and Psychology).

And last summer I've quit working in order to pursue full-time education and am on my way to a BEng degree since I didn't enjoy working in a Recruitment Consultancy.

And as I said above that in the recruitment sector you need to research the roles and industry standards required for a candidate in order to forward their CV to the client, and the main criteria being academic background and professional experience.

1) Just because you were cheated against actually makes you less qualified than a neuteral observer due to their non-biased nature towards the situation. For example somebody who either has experienced performing well in a LAN environment would be suited. Or somebody with a lot of experience as a game designer or even a freelance coder for a quake3 mod. Just highlighting the sort of people would be good at catching cheaters and analyse cheating demos.. somebody with experience of the situation and knowledge of the subject which was forms a backbone, solidified with years of hands-on experience as a professional with knowledge how cheaters get caught out.

2) I don't see how whether me or you are more qualified to judge the original situation since I never even attempted to judge the original situation, because your judgement is a result of opinions which are contradictory to what actually happened. You are basically saying that "I am more qualified than you because I am more qualified"

And then you continue to be on the defensive without providing solid facts which would make me stop doubting you, such as an example of education which show you know the basis of what you are talking about, or better yet, proven experience of doing game designer work on similar titles within the industry, and thus ending all doubt.
