nor is the possibility to see the reverse of it possible

Take i.e. Batman Arkham City's countless violent explosions that don't seem related to the terrorist/anti-terrorist propaganda that's running wild these days, or the (positive imo) suggestion that killing terrorists still makes you a killer, in no way related to the psycho-political dilemma in the White House regarding the same matter.

Well the stories are always written by people who are real and want to convey a message.
In order to have a story, you need a problem.
These problems can be (and usually are) reflecting something from the real world.

Pretty much every game with a storyline derives from real life, just that it's portrayed with imagination.

Just like alice in wonderland doesn't really talk about a girl who is lost in the magical woods, but about people pursuing life goals.

Doom:
The portal between hell and earth is opened (problem)
doomguy must overcome his fears and battle the evil so the good prevails.

Good vs evil is one of the most ancient and simple storytelling techniques.

Quake franchise:

The government experimented with portals.
A sole survivor needs to save humanity from "Quake", who is sending enemies through the portals into a human military base.
Each base has it's beginning and a portal that leads to another base.

The games you're mentioned have a very loose storyline, many plotholes and generally aren't known for their storytelling, but a brainless exciting shooter.

Socialism/Communism is "working", but it's stagnating. There's no advancement, it's just there.

Capitalism is always moving forward and advancing, but there's a point where it stops (we're reaching that point) and collapses.
Then a new capitalist regime starts over again.

If by advancing you mean self destructing then yes.

Capitalism is about the worst thing to happen to this planet since the extinction of the dinosaurs, it has utterly no redeeming qualities whatsoever.
