"Protests over a US film mocking the prophet Mohammed have erupted in Europe, while a Muslim pressure group is expected to demonstrate in London later today."
2000 years ago this was jewish land ...
muslims conquered that land when the roman empire had fallen apart, so after 1000 years or something they have a right to own the land ... but the jews who conquered that land 50-60 years ago don't have a right?
Imho there is no right or wrong, just different perspectives.
All I know is: the ricans have torn apart palestine to create israel and now israel is probably one of the biggest remaining colonizating countries, trying to ever expand their territory , bombing with imbalanced force against anyone trying to protest at the other side of the border.
Nowadays we have developped a thing called the human rights to which a large number of the western countries have agreed and we somehow remain blind to whatever USA decide is right or wrong. It's like any countries under the wings of USA has an automatic bypass to do whatever the fuck they want.
And what Israel is doing at the moment is a crime against humanity. And that is simply not right today. Might've been OK 200 years ago. I intend to live in the present though.
Yes, muslims are the victims..............................................................................................................................................
If it all it takes is a stupid low end video to create a world wide rally for muslims to go chanting, burning and killing then they deserve their "terrorist" title with merit.
Hopefully it will show the world a little insight into how dire the world would be if Islam ever gets a look in.
What software is that picture of on your profile "bitch with the eyes", I know its some port scanner or crack thing or something on linux I saw it years ago when I was into that shit.
zomg what a coincidence! Right before the election of usa president...Mitt Romney now looks stupid after his words bout Russia is main america's geopolit. enemy and obama's weakness in foreign policy...u see how effective those provocations and "independent" massmedia. Nice show guys, keep it up
the implications might be as diverse as you say, but these events are much unlikely controlled by an evil entity who knew from the beginning their outcome
Mitt Romney does look stupid and Obama's foreign policy is indeed atrocious, but I don't see the connection to this international incident. Which is mostly centered around the film made by Nakoula.
connection is:
1. "Innocence of Muslims" film trailer was uploaded to YouTube in July 2012 (!!!) and now is middle of September, in july there were no muslim's rage at all... nobody know bout this "film" till nowadays, and ONLY after "independent" massmedia start to talking and forcing information about film ONE week ago - voila.
2. working title for "Innocence of Muslims" was "Desert Warrior", adventure cinema about strangers in desert, nothing about Muhammad (no such role and name in scenario), nothing anti-muslim at all BUT after some post-production editing, adding actors, scenes, its obviosly anti-muslim, provocationally film
3. before all those muslims anti-usa demonstrations, obama looks weak by the american people...what now? Now he is National Defender ! Battleships, navi seals, other forces. Power demonstration. "Suck that, Mitt"
4. whats next? Obama will win the election easily (15-20% difference), u will see special anti-terrorist operations in independent,Gaddafi-free and peaceful Lybia. OH WAIT there are shitload of terrorist, al-kaeda and all u want. Syria next (terrorist army is not that big yet, need 6-12months), then Iran (btw 80millions)
5. and yes all this is not controlled by an evil entity, all this shit gonna happened by itself. Cool story bro
It's funny because you somehow managed to get everything backwards in your "analysis".
For quite some time now, one of Obama's assets politically has been his perceived strength regarding foreign policy and defence matters (notably because of the killing of Bin Laden, the removal of Gadaffi, the ending of the war in Iraq, etc.) among the electorate. In fact, a Washington Post-ABC poll indicates that 45% of voters answer "Obama" and only 35% answer "Romney" to the question "Who would be a better commander-in-chief?". For the question "Who would do a better job in Afghanistan", 43% respond "Obama" and 27% "Romney". For "Who do you trust more to handle international affairs", it's 56% for "Obama" and 37% for "Romney". In short, Obama has a clear lead among registered voters when it comes to foreign policy.
The current events, however, are a potential danger to that lead. I personally don't think they'll have much of an impact, but it's precisely the kind of opening the Republicans have been waiting for because they can start making the argument that Obama has allowed anti-American movements to reach power in a region that traditionally featured several pro-American leaders (such as Mubarak and Ben Ali). Unrest in the Arab world is the exact opposite of what Obama wants to see happening right now.
Luckily, Romney somehow managed to considerably hurt his chances of exploiting this by attacking the Obama administration too hard and too soon in response to the death of Stevens - and, in addition, by getting his facts wrong. This doesn't mean his campaign isn't still trying to exploit the unrest, as can be seen by looking at Paul Ryan's recent attacks on Obama's foreign policy.
In short, no, the protests and unrest are certainly not orchestrated by the Obama administration (and to think that he would suddenly win by a "15%-20%" margin because of the unrest is downright laughable).

"A lot of people suggest," is the sort of rhetoric people use to give support to their baseless claims. This is even worse than an appeal to authority, appeal to anonymous. Absolutely laughable.
Muslims raging and breaking out onto the killing spree over stupid shit no one cares about? That's new. Keep enforcing your 'muslim terrorist' stereotype guys. (seriously, when will they learn?)
for 1 week:
- A teenage suicide bomber struck outside NATO headquarters in Kabul on Saturday, killing six people
- Violent anti-US protest erupts in Afghan capital
- Two US Marines killed in attack on Afghan base
and this:
To watch the courageous Afghan freedom fighters battle modern arsenals with simple hand-held weapons is an inspiration to those who love freedom. Their courage teaches us a great lesson -- that there are things in this world worth defending.
To the Afghan people, I say on behalf of all Americans that we admire your heroism, your devotion to freedom, and your relentless struggle against your oppressors. (c) Ronald Reagan, 1983
A Muslim dies and finds himself before the Pearly Gates..
He is very excited, as all his life he has longed to meet the
Prophet Mohammed.
Having arrived at the Gates of Heaven, he meets a man with a
beard.
"Are you Mohammed?" he asks.
"No, my son. I am Peter. Mohammed is higher up." And he points
to a ladder that rises into the clouds.
Delighted that Mohammed should be higher than Peter, he climbs
the ladder in great strides, climbs through the clouds coming to a room where he meets another bearded man.
He asks again, "Are you Mohammed?"
"No, I am Moses. Mohammed is higher still."
Exhausted, but with a heart full of joy he continues to climb
the ladder and, yet again, he discovers an even larger room where he meets another man with a beard.
Full of hope, he asks again, "Are you Mohammed?"
"No, I am Jesus... You will find Mohammed higher up."
Mohammed higher than Jesus!
The poor man can hardly contain his delight and climbs and
climbs, ever higher.
Once again he reaches a larger room where he meets a man with
a beard and repeats his question:
"Are you Mohammed?" he gasps as he is, by now, totally out of
breath from all his climbing.
"No my son.....I am God. But you look exhausted. Would you
like a coffee?"
"Yes, please, my Lord."
God looks behind him, claps his hands and calls out:
"Hey Mohammed, two coffees !!!!
i honestly find it pathetic and useless discussing about anything but QL related stuff with people visiting this website. The level of culture is so low and people have such a bad education that it's like hearing 8yo westerns talking about how they see the world and their navel.
That beeing said i think there is some people that should realy be banned from this forum since a long time ago.
Complaining about someones English grammar when they are not even from a English speaking country, nice. But I guess you win again Mr Master suppression techniques. Well played.
If he is comfy enough to talk on an English speaking forum and lecture others about their lack of education in English while making basic errors then he deserves it.
You are from Sweden and you made no such mistake.
Nobody cares if you make a mistake, but if you act like a smart ass while making those mistakes, you really only have yourself to blame.
Nowhere did he say anything about education in English. Thanks for proving his point, you can't even read yet you want people to write gramatically correct sentences.
he referenced education as a whole and even narrowed it down to a basic level of culture. both apply for his use of english among other things.
btw he called you and everyone else here unintelligent and ignorant since youre not capable of commenting on anything else other than ql.
one day you will realise that a lot of people doesnt care about english and master chiness, russian, japaness, german, swedish etc. Yet you have your eyes on your navel again.
I do not have my eye on any navel, I am simply saying if you cant speak English to a decent level the education card you tried to play will blow up in your face as its a pretty basic prerequisite for intelligence in this day and age.
Not really, but seeing as the only sign of his "intelligence" that we have seen was telling everyone they are uneducated in broken English I think its a fair point to make.
