TwitchTV has an app, but I've found it quite frustrating to use. It is impossible to search for anything. Searching for quake, q3, q3a, QL quakelive or "quake live" all return 0 results. I think the app is limited to live streams only, and you cannot watch anything after the fact.

Pulling it up on my phone right now, the main screen shows "featured games", which are LoL, WoW, SC2, D3, Dota 2, and HoN. You cannot browse more games, you're only other option is "All 4058 channels", with no thumbnail previews, and no further search or categorization. If you log in with the app, there is a 3rd category on the home screen which is "following", which is people you've decided to follow. But, for me the count is 0, even though I AM following people on twitch.tv. This lends more credence to the theory that you can only watch LIVE streams with the iOS apps.

Same story on my iPad.

If you don't care what device you have, there are plenty of other tablet options out there that will support flash. Anything android based, or even the new windows tablets coming out later this month (though they are pricey). They will run a full version of Windows 8.

I use Android and Dolphin. It's just a normal browser but I don't have any problems with it watching stream except changing the stream quality. Everything else about it is nice and smooth.

Btw, Dolphin has flash coded in its ".exe" if you can call it that.

There is a thing tho, that some aren't aware of. When streamers use highly encoded bitrates (60fps streams and high, medium and lower encode settings in xsplit if someone familiarize it with that) the phone needs to decode it as well, so it takes a great amount of CPU power. With that said, some phones just can't handle certain streams. Just a heads up.

TwitchTV app works fine on both my iPad and iPhone, you just need to search for the channel once you know it's live. Used it for leveluptv quite a bit and it worked well in good quality.
