just set up de multi @ 20X
cpu volts @ 1.365;
Cpu-Nb volts @ 1.175; NB speed @ 2600MHz; Cpu vdda one notch up from stock, should be around 2.51V
Set the memory on unganged and command rate 1T @ 1333MHz and on appropriate timmings; dont bother with 1600MHz (0% performance improvement)
Disable cpu and pci spread spectrum, and power saving features that your board might have.
you should be good to go.
if the system crashes with black screen increase the cpu volts up a notch or reduce the multi. if crashes with bsod increase CPu-Nb volts or redude nb speed to 2400MHz..
phenoms don't take advantage of more than 1333MHz because that is when the internal memory controller of the cpu saturates. i would suggest trying to low the timings to smth like 7 7 7 24 16 and work on lowering the TRFC0 TRFC1 and TREF. This would get you more performance than 1600MHz. I wouldn't touch the bus speed. Trust me, i have been playing with phenoms since 2009 ))
