Check keyboard languages.

edit: you can remove some from the registry editor

check for suspicious ones.

There's only one, English.

With the lateste version of CCleaner there is the possibility to do so. Tools tab then click start and the contextual menu tab. CCleaner is a must have for any windows OS users.

And if both methods fail, there are third party programs that delete/add things to your context menu.

Select the file and press F2. Try rename that way..

It could be a virus or start of dodgy registry. Just reinstall.
You could spend days trying to figure it out. or 2\3 hours reinstalling everything.
