frags from 8 different players = name tags please

Fucking 10 of 10, imba frags, a lot of known names and priceless Quake 3 atmosphere.

The only thing I didn't like is a video quality (how much fps it is?).

Content is amazing. It lacks final touch and some structure but I thought I'd never watch 20 min fragmovie without falling asleep. I was wrong.
And I don't base my opinion on some nostalgic feelings as I didn't play q3 back in the days :-)

This is just the version I showed to my clanmates about 3 years ago because they were eager to see what the progress was. I had the movie virtually ready and exporting worked well with After Effects CS3. When CS4 came out I switched to it and have done all the effects and titles in it - tried to export - it froze up my PC every 50 or 60 frames. When I tried to go back to CS3, it couldn't read the CS4 project file properly. So I couldn't complete the movie with CS4.

Recently I've tried exporting the CS4 project with CS6 and it wouldn't start. I deleted the footage pissed off as fuck and even deleted (probably by accident or when drunk) this unfinished version with 720p and 60fps.

Since the frags are awesome, I think even this half arsed version is worth showing.

sounds like your friends still have the 60fps 720p verison since somebody must have uploaded it to youtube?

This was posted on own3d as a private video. Now there's an error when I try to play it back. If that's reversible and own3d accepts 60fps videos (I think it does) there is a highdef/highfps version on the internet. I'll look into that.

Try downloading the vod directly. Go to the vod page, open the source and find .mp4 line. Append it to http://own3d.tv/ and you have a download link.

Dude just post it as movie. The frags are amazing and the editing even unfinished still shits on most movies.

That was the sickest quake movie I've ever watched by a fucking landslide. Well done! So many moments made me go DUDE or WHAT out loud and i was wanting more after 20 minutes.. Great job :)

I just hope you didnt plant on publishing the movie with the music you had there now? Do you seriously took like a 5min sample and loop it through the video. And your music of choice is terrible. It might be good for building some initial tension and suspense but it's absolutely not suitable for the main presentation of the material.

Frag wise this is the best frag movie I've ever seen and I reckon I've seen about 90-95% of all the Quake frag movies made during the last 11 years.

18+ minutes of top notch frags, one after another. No random fillers.

The majority of frag movies have a few really top notch frags, but this was high-end only, through and through.

If this is a 10 out of 10, then there have been only a handful of frag movies ever, which would deserver 10 out of 10 as well.
