Guyz let you know i was banned again without any reason any notification, we were playing pickups all nigh and today i see that i banned? Why? For what? I haven't played since august so didn't have a chance to see him in action but I doubt you can have worse attitude than many skilled and active pickup players.

I was banned 4-5 times fro 24h and 3 days, and short learn kicks (wisions spare time joy) and 80% times NOT GUILTY

Here is my the story of 3 day wision's ban:

We were playing purga with Nined haters in team, we started badly - 17-1 after 1 minute, but NOT YET power ups, one raged teammate cry in chat - 'my team suck wtf!' and it was 19-45 on timer and Nined decided wait for second red and fast go go to QUAD soon. My teamate decided Nined on wrong place and start damaging = TEAMKILLING me in very critical moment before QUAD - EPIC rage. So its was like morale down -100 after such case, u do so many efforts, energy to WIN and raged teammate intentionally teamkilled you. So i'm ragequited and report the situation to chat - no answer.

Second match, some one vote optianl pool map - Deep inside, i pushed F1 by mistake and asked for revote, cause of bad map knowedge - we need 100% f1 for optinal map pool vote map - as rules says. So the refused and i said 'i go for sub' and i gone fore sub and spam irc for sub. Someone reported wision - i was banned. After 6 hours in russian pickup someone said u unbanned, i check irc lient and seen i am banned still. So i go web client irc and logged ok with my name- Nined- JUST FOR TES - cause someone told me i\m unbanned.

After came wisons and said 'Nined trying to avoid ban'? and banned me for 3 days and i asked for release soon. So here is 1/2 story. After this ban i was banned 6hour for..ATTENTION

Some guy irc posted a youtube video link where stream casters discusing some cheater guy ZQL or ZLC not sure - and i QUOTE guys in video words, said something like 'if something i'd suck someones dick bla bla and something about idiots' and it was relevant our irc discassion. Wision banned me. For nothing.

And now he banned me with no term, what is the sense? I asked that i can be 100% muted only !a and !r, but no, wision decided Nined is not healthy for your community, for you. You been avoided serious desease and mind storm. Thank Wision - he cares about u guyz be in healty enviroment and play without Nineds.

First i'd like to add that #tdmpickup is wisions and Lams channel. In my opinion they run it pretty well and tight, however this requires sometimes a harsh policing, without that it would have probably long time sunk into chaos... Their house, their rules - coming to ESR and insulting them will definitely not help you i can guaratee that.

About the attitude: the problem is not that you're a noob and deal 3k dmg, the real problem is that the 3k dmg is somewhat the result of not the lack of your aim, but what you call that "shamanic tdm", which to sum it up basically about avoiding fight at all cost, causing your team most of the time indeed playing a 3v4 game. Even noobs can deal 4-6k dmg, its an other thing they might still end up with -2-3k net but theyre at least being there for their team mates, helping fights, pushes whatever... Actually this is the road you need to step on, first you might deal 5k and take 7k dmg, than as you practice it might improves to dealing 5k, taking 6,5k, than 5k - 6k, and so on...
I dont think anyone been give shit constantly because of their performance - as long as they did at least tried.

Its entirely possible some beginners dont understand what is fundamentally wrong with this concept what you call "shamanic" tdm however if you purposely doing that despite it was elaborated to you what is wrong with it - it is what it is - you will purposely ruin the game for 3 people. Yes, still your team sometimes win, thanks to the bot, giving you the 3 best players in the game, but more often than not its still not enough- simply because of the way of your playing.
