If you're not experiencing any noticeable sensor problems and you feel comfortable with it, you don't need approval from internet jerks. You have a mouse at house, if anything, you should be the one posting the final consensus.

The pixart sensor doesn't suck at all, some may not like the way it tracks, the LOD and it's not exactly suitable for everyone, but the most important factor is how you feel with it.

Ok I'll give my .2 cents.

One of the best mice I've ever used. I have used A LOT. Was very uncomfortable coming from WMO but now that I got used to it the WMO feels clunky. Sensor seems fine. Obviously had to replace the feet. Finally, the cord isn't as annoying as I thought it would be.

For a mouse that receives so much hate... this really isn't bad at all.

Yes, i had problems with the Kana mouse @ high dpi settings, but it feels very nice even with low dpi setting (400-800). I don't have any trouble with the lift off distance.

I really like the size and weight of the mouse, which works nice for me, using a semi-low sensitivity and no acceleration.

This is the favourite mouse I've had so far, when considering both sensor and shape/size/feel. However, i have only tried* a few mice (Logitech MX518, Razer Lachesis, Microsoft Intellimouse 1.1 and Steelseries Ikari), so there might be a better mouse out there somewhere. But I'm very satisfied and don't consider buying a new one.

(* Played with it for more than 1-2 weeks.)

I guess the only advice people in here can give you, is to play with whatever suits you the best. If you feel like it's a major problem for you to use the mouse on low dpi settings, then make a switch.

the mainbuttons on the unit i had here were pretty bad.
they had the biggest travel distance to actually reach the microswitch of any mouse i tried.

Have Kana and WMO, WMO has somehow better grip for me and better tracking, but buttons are broken so i have to use Kana which is not that good, but has higher malfunction speed, with little practice is ok, now playing on 800dpi which seems better than 400dpi.

What makes you say it has worse tracking? Doesn't make sense. I have
