The id Software offices will officially be closed from December 21st through January 2nd.

Both our development and customer support staff will be out of the office on holiday leave during the winter break. We would like to encourage all players in need of support to search and post in the Player Help & Support forum when looking for resolutions to issues during the holiday break.

I went through Chrome, qlprism and even tried ie. to no avail.

DId you make sure that your virtual credit card is still valid? When I create a virtual cc on my bank, it is only valid for a month or so.

Check if your credit card's online payment limit isn't set to 0. They don't give you any meaningful message when this is the case.

Oh right yes, it's the same on my bank. It will only accept one payment with the card and then expire, without giving any error messages or anything.
