With this, I was able to watch 720p Blu-ray (x.264 / H.264 *.mkv) on a Celeron 2.4 GHz + 512 MB DDR + Radeon 9200 machine.
Hell, it even played 480p H.264 *.mkv on a PIII 733 + 384 MB SD + TNT2 16 MB Vanta + Win XP, with a momentarily lag sometimes. It was really watchable.

The new CoreAVC has nice 10 bit implementation as well.

Yes they are the first Quake fragmovies that really got me interested in the game. I would rate them 9 or 10. That all these weekly movies get an automatic 10 just for being posted is kind of a travesty in comparison :)

Yea, I've noticed way too many mediocre movies being released lately, not gonna say this is bad but it fits under that category still.

Some nice frags, not enough cams (and some of them were pretty useless), the rest was ok. I have a pretty "meh"-feeling about it.

Music was horrible btw, you must have borrowed sharpe's iPod. Especially the last song, you should be hung for even dragging that into Vegas, together with the band who made that dogshit.

The music is so and so ... not my taste, but well doesn't matter.

Great movie, I did watch all of it. BUt the resolution is frankly stupid. What's wrong with a 720 and 1080 version?

My overclocked quad core computer, with 8GB RAM just ab out played it fine, but there was some definate lagging I noticed.

I think some of the "lagging" was intentional like the spawn rocket frag on gda. You could mean something else though, so!

This isn't the movie of the year because the unfinished q3 movie is simply better due to its frags. That latter could be "get quaked 4" with just a bit more editing.

-not pure shamanic, only frags, didn't see any rly shamanic tdm moments in movie, but hell yeah, shamanic moments are invisible
-no scenario and funny moments, but it ok anyway

overall skilled frags cut are great, great job. I enjoyed movie and now i know better about FEARZ

didn't find any extraordiary parts in this one. content isn't that impressive even in teamplay parts, as they are mostly "supposed to happen" ones instead of creative and effective team work (there are some in the foo clan movie).
[edit: watched again, now think that tele exit pummel on hiddenfortress is some brilliant reaction of teammate warning about enemy quad. but so far only this scene can impress me if it's real.]
-music, weird mixture of completely different styles of music. however good the sync is, it's quite hard to enjoy it when the music is brushing my ears.
-cfg, all map textures are white: [great, i can see how frags are going on!] but [wtf game with no texture but concept blocks?] imo a quake movie should mean much more than a kind of art just in quake community. also, lg seems laggy instead of smoothy as it ought to be, just feeling though.
-too many slowmos/untreated lags, breaking the whole pace of the movie.
