If he complains about lag and offer to make a server at a different location then pretend to go along with it and let him sit at his server by himself. I can confirm what the OP has said as well, and being a scumbag freeloader like myself, I rely on others (like malamala) to invite me to premium games. Having an inferiority complex does you no good in a game like quake, it's not right to expect a win or even to show resistance, it's better to take a loss and learn from it.

Don't get me wrong, i'm not always one to follow this mindset. I can think back to about a month or so ago when I was getting into CPM and losing by massive landslides, hitting spec and joining again. I told myself that it wasn't out of disrespect for the other player (lolograde), but that I'd like the opportunity to play with a fresh start again. Just for info: Evil does this every now and then too (yes, 102. evil). Ive seen him do it when speccing his games, and Ive been told from a top player that he regularly does this (finishing games he wins, but aborting games he loses).

Ye thats what pisses me off about evil. I like him because he doesn't rage like the other pros do but he continously pauses in official matches and the number of times he does it makes it sketchy.

the reason nobody really gets banned is because:

1. you can change your ip address on the fly in your router every 24-48 hours. in most areas.
2. You can manually change your mac address to w/e you like within windows for win 7 i know specifically. just go into network settings lol
3. you can download a program from Microsoft to change your volume id. you can spoof hardware ids....easy to change on vid cards...you can install diff drivers which will also change hwid usually.

The problem is quitting and stacking teams is acceptable in this community of housewives that run shit.
