try the qlhuds database maybe?

I don't know where to find it but it should be relatively easy to make. Scoreboxes are a little bit complicated and you have to use q3 font. Everything you can find in tutorials.

Or you can try http://visualhud.pk69.com/ it wouldn't be 100% the same but you can create something similar easly

Scoreboxes are complicated, but you can copy/paste it from someones hud. Rest is easy.

You can clearly see, I am using OSP... I can't find any type of HUDS for OSP related to the video I posted.
