steam version has only the singleplayer to offer. multiplayer and the two addons (Twin Dragon, Wanton Destruction) are availible on gog.com. the addons are freeware.
if you want higher resolution go ingame, press T and type wres a few times. 800x600 are ok. if you want more settings and higher resolution use a port client. best is http://proasm.com/
