After playing the map a bit, and after seeing the tournament, these are my impressions/feedback.
There is a small clip problem here. if you pick up the ammo, you cannot walk down there.
I like these little ledges here that allow you to hit the player coming from the tele exit in the mega room. However, I was wondering if by rising the ledge a bit, rocket spamming would be a bit more effective. Notice that I am at the tip of a jump in the second screenshot, and you usually don't see the floor there.
Here the suggestion is to create two choke points, to allow a player to slow down his opponent. I think as player out of control, with rail and shaft not so easy to get, rocket has to be a bit more powerful, and the map currently has very little options to use rocket defensively.
