Contact them again with you g9x problem(use another name but leave the info and pid the same) this time they'll ask if u want a g600 or a g500. Tell them if you can have the g400 or g100s instead.

As far as I know G600 is not a mouse, it is a cell phone shaped like a mouse.

It's also excellent as paperweight or doorstop.

Still waiting on an answer from them. I guess they have trouble to resolve my issue without officially state that the mouse is flawed.

Too bad their website had a problem at the time they offered the replacement. I looked up what mices they currently have since I wasn't up to date, and was shocked that there was only the G600. Well a day later the website had them all listed again :/

I know there are a lot of "best mouse" threads, but maybe someone can make a personal suggestion?


1. What's your grip style?
G9x isnt bad, could be slightly higher. MX518 was a little too big.

2. What's your sensitivity?
High. 360° is approx. 8cm, with my resolution of 2560x1440, FOV 130, I would need at least 2300 DPI. correct?

4. Do you want additional buttons?
At least 2 side buttons. Would use more (shortcuts when working, music control when gaming), can live without.

5. What games do you play?
If it perform nice for Quake, rest will perform good enough.

6. Do you mind about prediction?
Yes. Flawless sensor wanted. Never really loved my G9x that much.

7. Other relevant information:
Onboard Memory is handy, I currently often switch the presets directly on the mouse.
Stay with Logitech? Don't know. Had both great and bad support. Software does not make me happy. I often have to restart the software because my G13 does not load the profiles correctly.
Also at the moment it's a disaster, because my G9x disconnects/reconnects, it also initialises my G13 new about 2/3 of the time. Every 20th disconnect, the driver crashes and locks up the G13, resulting in task manager or even worse, when it locks a key press, resulting in a forced "log out windows". Well this doesnt happen with a working mouse.

After I contacted them again and descibed the problem with the G600, they made an other offer for a G700, I replied then I would prefer a G400s, they agreed and managed a UPS package pickup, to get the G600, and a week later they shipped the G400s. It took a while for the whole process, but I'm really really impressed with the customer support.

And the G400s really feels great.
