seems the ps4 is the console to buy, costs 400 euro, 100 euro cheaper than xbox and has 30 % more power, no force of online connection and used games are allowed. But Xbox now adapted to the ps4 model ... xbox has one advantage, the kinect, but so far there are no good games out there for the old xbox with kinect, will there be any good games out for the new xbox? Dont know, but innovation is probably more likely at the xbox one than ps4 because of the standard included kinect ... anyway for classical type of games, what exactly can the new generation do better ... seems to me to be comparable to the switch from dvd to blueray ... some details look better here and there, but in the end theyre worth about 3 % and the rest is basically the same ...

stagnation everywhere right now in technology genre ... they all try to make fake innovations like the tablet pc, 3d t.v., smartwatch/smarttv, oculus rift, quadrocopters ... hypes about more or less useless things, but somehow I am not allowed to say they suck, because of all the media control and the positive fake vibe created about these technologies ... only thing thing that seems innovative and can really change something is google glass
