Also as I told you, premium CA is dm6 all times (with an additional overkill thrown in once in a while) and you're more than welcome to an invite if you reinstall.

Give all maps free and let public enjoy the good maps and make them addicts to QL instead of throwing them shit maps and make them runaway!

CTF: 1 map out of the 6 maps is good to play rest is shit GG.

i count 4 very good ctf maps 1 iffy one (industrial) and 1 bad one (vortex) I completely understand the reasoning for vortex though some people are just always going to place space maps and nothing else.

Cold Cathode has a lot of potential if people give it a chance its a very well balanced map where more than 1 play style can be successful. It has rail angles,tight corridors for rocket users. The flag room is also very nice and favors runners instead of flag D like every other map. Mid is very important since you can't really rely on stacking up a flag d with superior aim to everyone.

people play way less in premium servers than standards. Plus my pro (that got from crozar:3) ran out, with I think premium still on but still kind of useless if I can't invite people.

It's the other way around here in EU - duels are mostly played on prem

I see 39 Premium and 16 Standard duel servers in Europe right now. I may not be able to see all the standard ones though.

I set my GameState filter to "All Populated". So yes. Unless you exclude "in warmup" from "in use".

Correct - there's a limit of 54 servers shown at once. So there was more of them.

ye that's what I meant, I've been getting shitloads of packet loss on BR servers during the afternoon/night, only times the connection is playable is during dawn/morning/early afternoon (sometimes). playing on chilean/argentinian servers is always a no-go, constant 230-250ms lel

for some retarded reasons guys love brimstone abbey (on CA too and it's the most retarded CA map ever), i guess it's because of the quad every 50 seconds or so and no LG = noob friendly

I loved the Abbey in FFA and CA as well. Except when I fell into the water with an LGer above. Then I wanted to murder puppies. But otherwise, great map!

Ok FFA can be funny... But cmon, CA = nadefest in the RL-YA side against nadefest on the rail-water side, no chance to push in or move around at all

Except that nades run out pretty fast. And nadefest is there every map. It's shit, I know, but it's CA. Don't blame dm8 for it, it's not exclusive to that map. Campgrounds is also nadefest but it's still the best CA map around.

And Grim was a lot worse in that regards. One team in RA, one in Quad. So much camping and waiting around for the other guys to get bored and make a move.

not that fast! Anyway you are overlooking one thing: there are only 3 ways to connect the two sides, one is from below using a pad and jumping in the middle of the other "base", the other two are just the smallest chokepoints in quake lol! Just no chance to make a push.

I'd say avoid CA on standard servers or lower level servers unless it's 8v8 pql/vamp

always makes me lol when people are moaning about the maps made available on standard.

why? FFA is so much fun but it's played on pubs only (insta too, less fun tho). Duel for noobs like me=Aero and ZTN only. CA on awkward hrs isn't that active in prem servers.

Stop your whining people, QL now offers 1 month subscriptions so if you don't like the free shit then pay to play for one month or do what 90 percent of you will do and annoy your friends for invites on premium servers.

the point is standard rotation also affects prem users pretty remarkably

Mine is just a general reply to the whole thread wasn't specific to any comments above it. As for the rotation I personally think it is actually a really good rotation for FTP.
