You don't have the map yet that you're trying to play on. Play them on an online server first so they get downloaded. After this you can play them in practice mode as much as you want.

Just don't want to get screamed at by veteran players while I'm a newbie. I guess I'll just hop on empty servers and gather up a "collection," so to speak.

If you are lucky you can find lower "tier" matches that should be around your skill level. If any veterans are screaming at you, just write them off as idiots and ignore them.
