thats actually pretty easy. just add "QLM" on quake live and when you're on a server on a map you like just type '/tell_buddy qlm .duel' and somebody will join your server in a couple minutes usually

/tell_buddy qlm duel

actually its '.duel'. it announces it on qnet in all channels where the "QLM" bot is (#qlranks for example) and people can join by clicking a link.

It's more of a spanish thing, Brazilians don't use it at all, as far as I know.

Also, besides playing normal games, join the faceit daily cups on faceit.com! They are fun, you get to know other duel players and you can collect point which is a good motivation.
