I do actually. I'm on sertraline (zoloft, antidepressant, to fix my OCD and depression) and olanzapine (zyprexa, neuroleptic, to fix my anxiety/paranoia). 150mg and 25mg respectively. Maximum dosage for sertraline is 200mg, while maximum for olanzapine is 30mg.
I take sertraline everyday at around 12.00 and olanzapine at around 20.00-23.00. So far I never forgot to take them not even once.
Medication doesn't change the way you behave, or maybe it does, but it's mainly for fixing localised issues like anxiety/OCD. I'm still the same person when I take them, it's just that I lose some of my bad habits (like eating once a day, sleeping at 8.00 up until 19.00 and waking up, don't take showers regularly, don't go outside to meet people and doing others stuff than computer with the perfect anonymous status).
The only down side is that it reduces your adrenaline quite a lot. And because of that, also your reflexes. It's not huge, but still noticeable. Basically I'm ALMOST as good at quake when I take my meds, but I'm not at my full 110% potential, especially because of olanzapine.
I wouldn't say tho that I'm not as good as I was when I didn't take them mainly because after years of playing I now got quite a lot of experience, and my playstyle doesn't rely only on my reflexes and pinpoint aiming.
When I play I'm basically like a cyborg without any emotion (well sometimes it happens that I rage, but still not a lot compared to most people), and with updated firmware (= experience). But even with that, I'm still an human being, that's why I don't like losing and I'm addicted to winning.
Oh, and also, another downside is that it makes you eat more, that's why before taking my meds I was 72kg, but nowadays I'm between 81 and 90.
But still, I'm bulky as fuck, like a fucking bear you know!
