I really don't understand the point of such as mod considering the WMO 1.1a's sensor is what makes it to special. I think the reason most players still use the wmo/imo/ime3.0 is because of how smooth and perfect its tracking is and personally for me the new Avago sensors just don't feel the same.

Dont get me wrong the shape is nice but if what your after is an A3090 inside a mid-size ambidextrous mouse I'd personally go for a Zowie FK or a Kana v2 considering it much less of hassle.

I remember BST uploading a few pictures of a WMO mod he made with Aurora internals and according to him the sensor/button/scrollwheel fit exactly in the right place and thus it only took him 20 minutes to make. I know this post isn't very helpful, sorry about that and good luck with your wmo-adder mod.

im a bit scared to be honest, tomorrow one friend will give me his zowie AM, so if i like it (i heard its not heavy) , i may trade my deathadder with a zowie am ofc if i can find one. so lets see..

can confirm that the USB plug and cable are not that of an original WMO.

Saw that one as well, wonder if it's a knock-off or that they just used a different cable.
Thinking about buying one since I'm fed up with my Abyssus and my old WMO is broken.

My WMO is broken for a few years and I too am fed up with a broken razer product. So if I knew this WMO was legit, I'd go for it too.

guys i got the zowie AM(means pussy in turkish) , soooooo its pretty fine actually i loved it, its not heavy, it hasnt got the swearing problem coz all rubber, only weird thing is, when i shake it , i hear some stuff in it

Probably the wheel or the side buttons. I wouldn't worry about that.

Hi I've made 2 wmo-adders after looking at spickes thread but in both cases i didn't do the scroll wheel mod... instead just left it as it is so apart from up and down scrolling everything else worked perfectly. insane sensor. now i want to try putting in g400 innards into a wmo so that i can add thumb buttons to the wmo which would be sweet. still planning though.
