Uber MME Muxer (UMM) is a program for Windows that (hopefully) makes it easy for moviemakers to batch process Q3MME's output to create .avi files.
Installation and set-up details are covered extensively (including additional download links and other explanations) in the README.txt file.

What is it?

What is required to run it?

Can I suggest something or modify the program myself?

Sure :-)

But I have some questions for you :
a) A single demo file can contain multiple map changes and for each map, multiple matches. You only want the start/end server times for each map?
b) What do you need that for? Maybe I can provide something else you might need or help you do some stuff in a better way.
c) If you only need that info, would a command-line tool printing the info in the console be enough? Or would it be so much better for you in UDT?

a) ill use autorecorded demos. afaik there are no bugs like several maps in one demo.
b) i wrote powershell script that captures video (moments and frags by start and end game time) via wolfcam-ql and then encoding captured video to lagarith. and i wanna use that script to capture all the demo thats why i need end time. if there is mercylimit tdm match (less than 20 mins) wolfcam-ql cant quit after capturing and stops capture batch process...
c) command-line tool will be best :)

Alright, so the tool that would best solve your problem would be a command-line tool from which you can request different kinds of information, and it will give a simple single-line answer in the stdout stream.

Something like "UDI.exe uber9petska_rox.dm_73 -start_time" and it prints the server time in seconds in the stdout stream. That would be ideal, right?

It doesn't. The purpose of this is only to re-encode the data Q3MME outputs to video files (.avi) using whatever codec(s) you want to use. (Since Q3MME's output options aren't enough for everyone.)

If you want motion blur, you can either set it up in Q3MME (or WolfcamQL) or use your video editing program(s).
