People get confused with what Lycra is and how it differs with Spandex. They haphazardly use one term when in fact the other term is the most suited. But how do you know which is which? Well, to make it simple Lycra and Spandex is one and the same.

The Dupont Company registered Lycra as a brand name for a spandex fiber thread. The trademark of such paved way to the creation of the Invista Company as its subsidiary but was later sold to another company. Buying Lycra is homologous to how you buy Levis jeans, for example. It’s as if Lycra is a sub category or a more specific kind of Spandex. There are also many other companies that manufacture spandex fibers and market them with their own unique brand names: Elaspan, Linel, ROICA, and ESPA to name a few.

On the contrary, Spandex is the more generic term like how you describe denim pants. The Federal Trade has regarded Spandex as a fiber product wherein the basic component is the elongated sequence of artificial polymers that is chiefly made up of about 85 percent polyurethane fragments.

To me, the most important characteristic required to be a shoutcaster is being able to take any kind of feedback and transform them in to improvements. Not only to do that, but even to actively seek out negative feedback in order to learn from what you're doing.

The amount of shit Zoot took in his first year of casting would make most people commit suicide. Instead he always kept a smile on, kept improving, and nowadays he's one of the most loved casters, for the good reasons. He's true quality.

And why not, after all?
They stream 5 times a week, cover lans, upload vids on youtube daily. Now theyve organised a great tdm event, they play for hours with their subscribers. Why not appreciate this kind of dedication? Even an ungrateful shitter such as myself does.
And overall, their work has improved a lot over time.

The only reason to be unhappy about is their casting, which for me is getting annoyoing after 10 mins. But then again, comparing zoot @ adroits and zoot today, two different people.

i do appreciate his work, however it doesnt cloud my view on him as a caster.
