It's not fixed. I have no idea what the exact problem is, currently. This site relies on staggered bugs, fixing one bug uncovers another bug. Once it is fixed, we can fix posts with duplicate id's...

I recommend locking down ESR comments/forum until it's fixed. Otherwise we're going to end up with something like spaghetti code.. that has random start and ending points.
